Return & Exchange Policy

 

We do our best to make returning an item(s) easy.

If you decide that you would like a different size or refund, you have 15 days after receiving your order to:

  • Request your return
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item for refunds. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • It must be returned unused with ALL sunwren tags still attached.
  • For all purchases sent outside of the US, taxes and duties are applicable.

Returns that do not meet our policy will be returned back to you.

If you wish to exchange your item for a different size:

  • We currently do not process exchanges, please return your item and repurchase the items you wish you exchange it for.
  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • For all purchases sent outside of the US, taxes and duties are applicable.

If you wish to try another style:
Please return it and place a new and separate purchase.

You have 15 days from the date you received your order to submit a return request.

Our preference is to have items returned to us using the carrier we provided so they are protected and insured. We may not accept liability in the event that you choose to send your returns using another secured carrier.

 

 

You can choose to receive your refund as store credit to your sunwren account or back to the original payment method.

If your original order was shipped to a destination within the US all sales taxes will be refunded.

Outside of the US customs duties and sales tax are non-refundable through sunwren.

You may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau.

Please note that refunds may take up to 10 working days to post to your account due to varying processing times.

 

 

We monitor the number of returns made by customers and multiple returns in breach of our terms and conditions policy will be flagged.

We reserve the right (at our team’s discretion) to close down a customers sunwren account and refuse future orders should this issue arise.

 

 

All products must be returned in perfect condition, in a unused state, with all materials in place and all sunwren tags attached to them. This includes all packaging and accessories. We reserve the right not to accept any return if the product is not in its original form, shows any signs of wear or has been used or altered in any way. When applicable, at our discretion, we may reduce the amount of any refund or exchange accordingly.

We may decline a return or make a refund reduction in the following circumstances:

  • the product(s) have been used, worn, damaged or washed
  • All sunwren tags are not attached to the product(s) or have not been returned
  • You will be informed if we choose to reduce your refund for these reasons. You may alternatively choose to have the products sent back to you at your own expense

 

 

You have 15 days from receiving your order to return any item(s) back to us.

sunwren reserves the right to refuse any item(s) returned after this time period and/or choose to refund the item(s) as a store credit only.

 

 

If you you choose to return a pre-order purchase after it arrives, you can return or exchange your pre-order within 15 days of receipt by simply signing into your account to request a return.

If for any reason you need to cancel your order, please contact Customer Care who can look into this for you.

If we are unable to fulfil your pre-order item, we will let you know and issue you with a refund. If any other items were ordered simultaneously, they will be sent to you.
